Der Begr�under der Informationstheorie bastelte in seiner Freizeit an Jonglierrobotern, Schachcomputern und programmierbaren Blechm�ausen. Im B�uro fuhr er Einrad oder jonglierte mit Keulen. Das Heinz Nixdorf MuseumsForum in Paderborn zeigt in der Ausstellung "Codes und Clowns" vom 6. November 2009 bis 28. Februar 2010 eine Auswahl seiner Erfindungen, deren Funktion von h�ochst brauchbar bis nutzlos reichen konnte.
